1. Monday, July 6, 2150. Dear Grandma Remedios, we're here! The Moon Hotel is white and round, like a giant egg. Gravity on the Moon is about six times weaker than on Earth, so walking here is very strange. In the lobby, I jumped a little and hit my head on the ceiling. Tomorrow we're going to play basketball in the hotel gym. I'm going to score a hundred points! Love, Yuki

POSTCARD 2. Wednesday, July 8. Dear Grandma, the basketball game was a disaster. I threw the ball, and it went up and up very slowly. It took about five seconds to come down. Nobody scored a single point in one hour. My little brother Hiro laughed so hard that he floated off his chair. Tomorrow we're going to take a moon walk outside, in real spacesuits. Dad is nervous. I'm not! Love, Yuki

POSTCARD 3. Saturday, July 11. Dear Grandma, the moon walk was the best day of my life. The ground was gray and dusty, and the sky was completely black, even in the daytime. Then I looked up and saw the Earth. It was small and blue, and I covered it with my thumb. I tried to find your house, but I couldn't. Tomorrow we're going to fly home. Before we go, I'm going to buy you a present at the souvenir shop. See you on Monday! Love, Yuki

P.S. The souvenir shop only sells rocks, so I bought five. One of them is for you. Here it weighs the same as an apple, but on Earth it's going to be six times heavier. Please don't drop it on your foot.
