EntrarThere, their o they're en inglés
Suenan igual: there es allí o "hay" (there is); their es "su", de ellos (their car); they're es they are en corto.
Regla rápida
Suenan igual. ¿Cabe "they are"? They're. Their. ¿Es un lugar o "hay"? There.
Allí o allá (over there), o el comienzo de "hay": there is, there are.
Es they are en corto: they're tired. Si puedes decir they are, es they're.
Cómo elegir
| Pregunta | there | their | they're |
|---|---|---|---|
| ¿Puedes cambiarla por they are? | No | No | Sí |
| ¿Va antes de lo que es de ellos (their new car)? | No | Sí | No |

Errores frecuentes
Mal: There going to love this place.
Bien: They're going to love this place.
Aquí se puede decir they are going to: va they're.
Mal: Their is a problem with my order.
Bien: There is a problem with my order.
"Hay" se dice there is.
Mal: They're house is very big.
Bien: Their house is very big.
They are house no tiene sentido.
Truco
They're lleva apóstrofo porque le falta una letra: es they are. There tiene here adentro, como los lugares. Their es la que queda: de ellos.
